In addition to leading the parent company, Damon leads the vision, strategy and oversight to ensure the overall success of the business.
Over the past 26 years, he has started, acquired, invested in or partnered with hundreds of successful businesses

President
Fida is an energetic and dedicated professional with a proven track record of delivering effective and viable solutions across diverse industries. A graduate of Cleveland State University, Fida holds a NABCEP PVIP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) license, certifying nearly 500 solar array installations in the Midwest and Southeast US.

VP of marketing & creative
Matt is a passionate story-teller. He understands that great product and tools require great storytelling. At Shepherd Technology Solutions we do that by allowing small to medium sized businesses hit above their weight class, position them for future success.
Matt also serves as President of the Media Division at The Mintz Group that seek to create world-class media that aligns with our core values of faith, family and freedom.

Judd is a Cleveland native who now resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife Vanessa, and is brother to Damon Mintz.
